We, therefore, recommend keeping Capture One up to date and waiting with upgrading your operating system until it is officially supported in an update of Capture One if stability and functionality are critical to your operations. This means that support for versions and operating systems not indicated in this table might work without issues, but if an error occurs in deprecated versions of Capture One due to an unsupported operating system, it’s not in our power to resolve it.

Please keep in mind that the table above shows the officially tested operating systems for each version. The Capture One team takes OS/application compatibility extremely seriously and cannot support a released OS version without extensive in-house testing. It is recommended that you extensively test an upgraded operating system before putting it into a production environment. NOTE: Newer operating system versions may cause erratic and unstable behavior with older versions of Capture One. You can also download the installer for the earlier versions from our archive here. Anyway, it is recommended to have the latest release of each version. For example, Capture One 11.3.2 is supported by macOS Mojave 10.14.1, while earlier versions may or may not be.
